I take it the smell is no...My goodness, it is huge. I take it the smell is not unpleasant, like durian, which I have tasted but don't like very much. I do like most other tropical fruits I've had. My all time favorite is the mangosteen. I'm not sure it is grown in India. I had it in Bangkok and its luscious white sections are most delectable.
