Water Reflections

With the scorching summer that we are experiencing here, there are water shortages everywhere. My borewell which watered my garden faithfully for ten years, has suddenly run dry. Today's early morning showers have brought some relief to the plants , although it was not sufficient to fill up our dwindling village pond.
This is my contribution to this week's Weekend Reflections. I hope I'll be able to connect with the linky this time.

  1. A beautiful capture for the week and I do wish there was some way I could help you get posted on Weekend Reflections, I've been trying to come up with something to get you signed in, but I don't have all the info they ask for and even if I did I'm not sure it would accept it from a different web address/info. Last week no could sign in!! Hope you have a good weekend!

  4. Nice photo and I loved seeing the birds! So sorry to hear about the water shortage. I'm waiting/longing for the rains...I have to water twice a day and my large rain-drums are waiting to be filled!
