My friend Jenny has a beautiful roof garden where she and her husband grow orchids. I got an opportunity to visit her garden yesterday.
More than twenty orchids of different hues were in full bloom .
I couldn't capture the full grandeur of this beautiful orchid which was resplendent with four spikes of huge flowers.
This candy- striped orchid was my favourite.
I don't know the names of orchids as I don't grow them, but whatever their names, these exotic blooms uplift the spirit of the beholder with their stunning beauty.
Those are among the most breathtakingly beautiful orchids I've ever seen!! And, of course, your superb captures are incredible! Thanks so much for sharing the beauty!!! Enjoy your day!

ReplyDeleteHelen, I'll find out about the medium and let you know.
Lovely orchids you have there. Orchids no matter how common and even if just displayed singly are always marvelous. Maybe there is no plant in the Kingdom which can rival that quality.
