The 2000 year old temple to Lord Kartikeya is on the shore. The temple has a tall 'gopuram' with beautiful carvings. The sea air has turned the stone carvings white.

The gopuram seem to extend towards heaven. It looks magnificient against the blue sky.

Love the temple shot. Reminded me of my trip to Somnath temple next to the sea. I only get to see the sea when I go to visit my sister in Chennai:)
