Y For Yellow

 The English language has some negative connotations associated with the colour yellow like 'yellow journalism', 'yellow livered' , 'yellow rag', and so on. But nothing lifts up the spirit more than yellow flowers when you are feeling 'blue'.
 The Golden Shower blossoms are an important part of the Hindu New year festivl.
 Bright yellow Tecoma blossoms can be seen on the hedges in the countryside.
The interesting flowers of the Chinese Hat .
