Shadow Shot Sunday- The Corridor

This is a corridor in the 500 year old palace at Mandu. It is now absolutely silent, but in its heydays, it would have been teeming with soldiers, courtiers and diplomats.
My thanks to the hosts of Shadow Shot Sunday, in which I am participating for the first time.

  6. Wow - your 1st SSS - and you picked a great image to hop right in. I love the way the shadows paly on the stone walls.
    Hugs, Antonella :-)
P.S. I am also participating in SSS2, and I've created a free printable / digi with the shadow quote this week...

  7. If I listen with my heart, I believe I can still hear the murmurings of the diplomats, gathered in the corridor...

A SHADOW THE SIZE OF THE SUN

If I had a shadow the size of the sun,
I’m not sure how fast I’d be able to run,
Or if I could flee from its ravenous jaws,
While keeping away from its razor-sharp claws!
