I love wild flowers. In India , wild flowers are not cultivated- they grow in the wilderness. So, it is becoming increasingly difficult to come across wild flowers . I could take shots of some wild flowers blooming in the edge of the forest in Coorg. I don't know their names.
Wild flowers have their own beauty Lotusleaf. But now Ive seen here, wild flowers have become coveted houseplants with new hybrids, thanks to the overzealous nurseries to showcase new plants every now and then. Yours are quite interesting looking, havent seen them before.
ReplyDeleteWild flowers look beautiful! As what p3chandan wrote, nurery have started selling a lot of wild plants!
ReplyDeleteI love wildflowers too. Some of the prettiest blooms can be seen in the jungles during this season. That yellow morning glory is an aggressive one. Once I got it from the jungle and planted it near my palm trees. My palms were nearly strangled! Glad to see what grows in the Coorg region.
ReplyDeleteThey are real beautiful !

ReplyDeleteMost flowers were once wild until man chose the ones he wanted to cultivate. I find the vines the most troublesome, if only they would grow where we want them to.
